What this website collects
If you request an introductory call, the form sends me your name, email address, phone number if you give it, how you’d like to be contacted, preferred times and session type. Please don’t include health information in the form.
How it is used
Only to reply to you and arrange the call. I don’t use it for marketing, and I never sell or share it.
How long it is kept
If we don’t go on to work together, I delete your request within three months. If we do, your details become part of your client record, which is kept securely for the period the law requires.
Your client record
Session notes and records are kept separately from this website, in secure systems, and are covered by the practice agreement you receive before your first session.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses basic, privacy-friendly analytics provided by the website host to count visits. It doesn’t use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@example.org.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear here with a new date.
